What’s next? Why? When? Who? I wonder. How soon? How much? How? How many?
What would it feel like to silence all those questions and thoughts and wonderings and — instead — simply live in the present moment. Stare down and deal with whatever is straight in front of my face.
I guess all of the Bible is equally true. But today the most true part seems to me to be Matthew 6:34: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
